IFC Jersey is a prestigious development that will provide 470,000 sq ft (43,665 sq.m.) of modern Grade A office space in the heart of Jersey's central business district and Waterfront area.
IFC Jersey will deliver 470,000 sq.ft. (43,665 sq.m.) of modern Grade A office space across six standalone buildings with private car and bicycle parking beneath the buildings, and a 520 space public car park on three levels below a new public park. High quality civic open space will be created on 50% of the IFC Jersey site that will include a public park and a public square.
The office buildings in IFC Jersey set a new benchmark in terms of quality, design and specification for office accommodation in the Island. The buildings feature excellent levels of natural light, column-free floor plates, high quality and highly glazed unitised façades and the IFC development includes extensive new areas of civic space.
Construction of the IFC Jersey is split into phases and the scheme will be delivered on a building by building basis in response to demand. IFC 1 was completed in March 2017. Construction commenced on the second building, IFC 5, in December 2016 and this building is due for completion at the end of July 2018. The third office building, IFC 6, received detailed planning consent in March 2017 and JDC is currently working up the technical design and seeking a pre-let to enable the construction of the building to commence from March 2018.
