IFC Jersey will deliver 470,000 sq.ft. (43,665 sq.m.) of modern Grade A office space across six standalone buildings with private car and bicycle parking beneath the buildings and includes a public square.
The office buildings in IFC Jersey set a new benchmark in terms of quality, design and specification for office accommodation in the Island. The buildings feature excellent levels of natural light, column-free floor plates, high quality and highly glazed unitised façades and the IFC development includes extensive new areas of civic space.
Construction of IFC Jersey is split into phases and the scheme will be delivered on a building by building basis in response to demand. IFC 1 was completed in March 2017 and IFC 5 was completed in August 2018. The third office building, IFC 6, is currently under construction and expected to be completed in November 2023. The fourth building IFC 2, received detailed planning consent in June 2020 and JDC is seeking a sufficient pre-let to enable the construction of the building.
