IFC 5

IFC 5 was completed in August 2018.  The building is currently 96% let.

One of the main features of IFC Jersey is the excellent  levels of natural light that are achieved as a result of the buildings being standalone. Scientific studies have proven that natural light improves staff wellbeing, reduces absenteeism and increases productivity by up to 10 per cent in both IFC 1 and IFC 5. 100% of occupiers can be located within 7 metres of a window thereby providing every user of the building high levels of natural light. IFC 5 achieves the BREEAM Excellent credits for ‘natural light’ and ‘views out’.  A new public square named 'Trenton Square' has also been delivered with IFC 5 and the western elevation overlooks the square. The principal entrance has been placed to be centrally disposed in the west colonnade on the public square. 23 trees and over 1400 plants have been planted within landscaped areas, as well as a 280 metre square grass lawn for the public to enjoy.
