Topping out Ceremony of IFC 5

The traditional ‘Topping Out’ ceremony of IFC 5 took place on Wednesday 22 November at IFC Jersey.

This Grade A office building along with IFC 1, will set a new standard in office buildings in Jersey, providing 69,000 sq.ft. of office space. All tenants will benefit from highly efficient and flexible working spaces, as well as an exceptional approach to energy efficiency, excellent levels of natural light and extensive high quality civic space.

Guests included the main tenant; SANNE Group, States Members as well as the team involved with the design, construction and development of the building.

The customary tradition of the topping out ceremony marks an important milestone in the construction of a building bringing together all parties involved. The ceremony is traditionally believed to bring good luck to a building.
